Enigma 2 Image pcd for DM 600

As requested by users I attach a "Lite" version of our Enigma2 image. It has all
the functions of the 4.1 image - but without the Enigma1 option.

After
bootup - about 5.3mb free flash memory will be available.

The Enigma1
option can still be installed as a plugin - but that will reduce the available
memory by 3mb.

In the server download - the plugins from plugins-lite do
not require any extra software

Here is my barryallen backup of latest pcd image for us with clones bl53

specs as below

DM600PVR Enigma2 Image Pcd 7.0
If installed in flash it will have a free memory of 3.4mb. If Memory Expander (Extra Setup -> Increase memory) is used the free memory increases to 10.0mb.
The Enigma1 feature can be installed inside this image using the plugin (attached). It takes additional flash memory of about 3mb.

This image is suitable for installing in flash without using any additional storage with pc, hdd, usb, cf. Of course, for Timeshift and Recording - additional storage is necessary !

Extra Setup includes

Memory expander

Daemon-manager : To run any daemon - put a start-stop script in a script folder. Insert the script folder path in the Daemon Manager config screen. Default path - /user/script/dman.

Addon-manager : Download and install addons

Software : Additinal software items necessary for some plugins

EPG : configure EPGImport

Subtitles : Change ttx subtitles size and colour

Media/MountManager : Cifs and Nfs mount configure,
MountManager,

User-Script manager

Inadyn, Pmt.tmp, Crond configure

Date language : Change date language

Streaming media from pc to dreambox : vlcplayer, webmediavlc etc.

Tips:

Second infobar:

Activate via Extra Setup. Restart dreambox necessary.

Teletext (tuxtxt):

Enable/disable via Extra Setup. When teletext is enabled - long press buttons do not work. Also numbers input do not work properly.

Video playback - fast forward/backward :

Works with tv channel recordings. Does not work with vlcplayer downloads.
However, button 0 will put position marker in vlcplayer downloads for restarting.

Plugin WebMediaVlc :

Configure (yellow button) cache folder and enable/disable adult content. Use Menu to see adult site list. To remove adult content completely from the plugin - delete files adult.pyc and adult.py from the plugin folder.

Plugin Enhancedmoviecenter :

Requires teletext to be enabled. Otherwise it will crash.

Plugin Enigma1 :

Starts enigma1 features. Uses enigma2 installed daemons. No need to install again.

Some special use of enigma1 -
Plays mp3
Fast forward/backward of vlc recorded videos.

Streaming tv to pc :

Not always successful. May need adjusting vlcplayer and vlc (on pc) settings for particular channels.

On pc open webif browser.
Click on tv icon. Select Open to start VLC.

Configure VLC 0.8.6 :- Settings - Preferences - Iinterface-Main Interface - Select Advanced - Select HTTP and in HTTP Hostaddress insert :8080

Settings - Preferences - Video - Select Fullscreen output

Settings - Preferences - Stream output - Default stream output chain - insert #display :sout-all and select all boxes.
